• We currently ship across India
• Orders are delivered through trusted third-party logistics partners
• We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted locations

• Complimentary shipping is offered on orders above ₹999

Standard Shipping

• Orders below ₹999 may incur a shipping fee based on delivery location and weight
• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from confirmation
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
• During high-demand periods, dispatch timelines may be extended

• Orders are typically delivered within 2–7 business days from dispatch
• Timelines vary based on location and courier partner serviceability

• Customers are responsible for monitoring updates and ensuring availability for delivery

6. Delivery Attempts & Responsibility

• Courier partners attempt delivery 2–3 times
• If the recipient is unavailable:
  • The order may be returned to origin (RTO)
  • Re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer
