Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
At Jeewanbooti Ayurveda, we are committed to delivering authentic, high-quality Ayurvedic products with care and integrity. This policy outlines the terms governing returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations for purchases made through our website.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set forth below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We offer a limited return window of 5 (five) days from the date of delivery, applicable only under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged, defective, or tampered
- Product delivered is incorrect (wrong item/variant)
- Product is expired at the time of delivery
- Customer has been charged above the Maximum Retail Price (MRP)
Mandatory Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed condition
- All original packaging, labels, and invoice must be intact
- A valid unboxing video and/or photographic evidence must be provided within 48 hours of delivery
- Return request must be raised within the 5-day window
Jeewanbooti Ayurveda reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the above conditions.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, except where prohibited by applicable law:
- Products that have been opened, used, or altered
- Consumable Ayurvedic products including herbal powders, oils, tablets, and liquids once unsealed
- Temperature-sensitive or perishable goods
- Products purchased under discounts, promotions, clearance, or special offers
- Any return request made after the specified return window
3. Refund Policy
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via:
- Bank transfer (customer must provide accurate details), or
- Store credit (at our discretion or customer preference)
Deductions (If Applicable)
Jeewanbooti Ayurveda reserves the right to deduct:
- Shipping and handling charges
- Reverse logistics costs, unless the return is due to our error
4. Replacement Policy
Eligible products may be replaced free of cost, subject to verification. Replacement is subject to:
- Product availability
- Customer confirmation
If a replacement is not feasible, a refund will be initiated as per Section 3.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting our support team.
- Orders that have already been processed, packed, or shipped cannot be cancelled
- In such cases, the return policy (Section 1) will apply after delivery
6. Damaged or Tampered Shipments
Customers are advised to:
- Refuse delivery if the package appears tampered, opened, or damaged
- Record video evidence, if possible
Failure to refuse such shipments may affect eligibility for return or replacement.
